pleasant

this was good value for money, a clean hotel and the staff were helpful. walking distance from bus station which is where we were headed the following day but not sure what else there is in area as we were only here for one night. food is good too.

the drainage outside smelt a bit but this was by the street outside the hotel so you can’t smell when inside

Reasonable price, good bed, but bad wifi

Bed is comfy and met my expectation. Room is big and bright, and price is reasonable. Big sofa in the room is also comfy.

Wifi was terrible. I had to use my phone and made it hotspot for using my laptop. A staff was not nice and started conversation with me as I remembered room number wrongly, but in fact she was wrong and no apologies. I ordered food from their restaurant but staff knew very little about their food/availability of their food. No staff took my plates after I finished until the next day that I checked out.

Wonderful day in Suratthani town

Every time I stay (3 times.) at Bun Hotel it is very wonderful to sleep and stay. Thank you to the front desk staff who are very helpful I made a last minute reservation and requested a check in after feeling minute. I am so sorry I did not go to have breakfast but I ordered some food for my dinner. It was very clean and had some cover for the food. I think these hotels are 3 or 4 stars not 2 stars. I recommend these hotels for your period of your stay in Suratthani town. Sure I will be back again. Thank you for your best service to have a wonderful day in your place.

Fine for a 1 night stay whilst moving onto another location.

Comfortable, new hotel with a good breakfast and helpful staff.

The location isn't great if you want to walk into Surat Thani, however the staff were very helpful arranging a taxi to take us there in the evening and the next morning.

Nice hotel with friendly staff

Clean rooms staff willing to help. Needed to sort train times out for onward journey, although communication was a little difficult staff were very willing to assist.

Close to lomprayah 1 night

Clean facilities and the room was good and bathtroom too

They try to charge me two bottles of water, because the guy who deliver the food to the room wasnt able to explain which one was free and which one not, the entire staff do not speak english, they are not prepare for english speaking tourist. So it was impossible trying to explain something to them. Bad staff.

Really nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff!

Nice staff, clean room, really nice and cheap room, close to central plaza mall and bus terminal

Not so many things to do around the hotel (except central plaza mall, which is really close)

A great hotel at a good price

The bed linen was super clean and soft.

There was no toilet paper in either bathroom. The front office lady was very polite but could not speak any English which we felt would have improved our stay, especially as we called before hand to find out how close the hotel was to Century Plaza. We had to wait to meet our business associated who called and spoke in Thai.

Clean room but bad service.

Rooms are clean.

Made 2 bookings. 1 with 4 rooms but hotel only left with 2. Was told given "VIP" room but worst that the normal room as no kettle at all and toilet door cannot be locked.

Nice new hotel on the outskirt of town giving value for money

Easy to find with a large carpark. Clean smart rooms with bright colour decor. TV had many Thai channels but only CNN in English. Mini bar and snacks in room for reasonable charge.

We both found the bed to be very hard and did not sleep well as we kept having to turn over when our backs began to ache. Asked reception to order us a taxi to take us to the town centre. We were told it would arrive in about 20 mins but after an hour it still had not arrived. After we called reception to find out what was happening she called back to say he was not coming and so we could not go into town.

gated area with safe parking, good security setting. The hotel is close to new shopping area (Central Plaza). Big rooms with basic features.

Good budget stay to get the first ferry to the islands.

I liked how cheap the hotel was and how close it was to the Lomprayah ferry office. Central Plaza was only a 10 minute walk away too, which has a handful of shops and restaurants.

The breakfast consisted of cold sausages, eggs and ham which was very unsatisfying.

Awesome welcome well after midnight

One of the best stays I have had in Thailand in 13 years paying any amount. Nice basic room, good shower, quiet, includes a great breakfast for all of $26/night! Staff were great, polite & well trained in their job and knowledgable, wish there was more like them in Phuket!! Lots of parking which is mostly available with cover, staff came to the car in the car park as we pulled up after midnight to help with bags, outstanding thank you.

Sign on the main road in English please, almost went past it after a long night drive.
